Here is what we need from you:
A signed order, demographic and insurance information and relevant clinical information faxed to us at 802-863-9979.

Our staff is happy to verify benefits and obtain prior authorization for your patients, so please take that off your to-do list!
That’s it! We will then call your patient to screen and schedule and will have the results faxed to you within three business days after they are scanned.

Affiliated with a facility? We can share images via PowerShare or Change Healthcare/Stratus. We also have established connections with most local hospitals.
